•  Drinks reception begins at 7:30pm
  • Seating for dinner between 8pm and 8:15pm
  •  Neat dress essential –  no casual wear, runners, jeans etc.
  • Occasions have been making a big effort to go as paperless as possible so we will not be issuing tickets as we have done for previous years.

  • Instead, each organiser will receive an email confirmation of how many guests are booked in their party.

  • For example, if you have 30 guests booked for your party, we will have 30 spaces at your tables ready for you when you arrive.

  • Spaces on a first come first service basis and are only secured with a paid deposit invoice or paid in full.

  • We advise securing your minimum numbers with deposits and increasing numbers as needed.

  • Each party night has a capacity set by the hotel, which we cannot go over, however.

  • Occasions Christmas Parties are organised so that whether you’re a small or large group, you will only have tables to yourself.

  • Larger groups may be seated together across multiple tables however.

  • Each venues room rates will differ for the party night.

  • Accommodation can be booked directly with your venue and if you mention that you are attending one of the Occasions Christmas party nights they will let you know what room rates are available.

  • Please be advised to book your accommodation well in advance as the hotels rooms book up quickly for the month of December.

  • We have a sample menu for each hotels up on our website under the hotels party info if you want to take a look.

  • Finalised menus will be available 2 weeks before party, but are subject tot change.

  • Please advise us of any dietary requirements of your group when finalising your booking and we can inform the hotel in advance.

  • Occasions Christmas Parties can be either purchased online for full price or via payment plan with Deposit & Balance Invoices.

  • Occasions operates as a cashless business.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, postal order or online card payment via our invoices.

  • Occasions no longer accept credit card payments over the phone due to GDPR.

  • We do not accept payments for individual tickets in a group, we can only accept group payment

  • We take the balance payments 3-4 weeks before the party date and confirm final numbers with each group at this point.

  • Unfortunately our deposit policy is that they are non-refundable and non-transferable as many of our nights completely sell out and we are unable to resell the tickets at short notice. This would have been mentioned in your deposit invoice and at the time of booking also.

  • *Non-transferable means that the outstanding deposits of those who are unable to attend cannot be used towards the balance.

  • If you have already paid your balance payment but a guest can no longer go we can refund the balance of their ticket (for up to 5 guests max per group) once we are notified 10 working days before the event.
